What if I have a problem with my order?
We’re proud of our work and appreciate your willingness to try our products. We’re sure you’ll be happy with your purchase; but if you’re not – don’t worry – we offer a satisfaction guarantee!

This is our full-time occupation and how we support ourselves and our family.  As a mother and daughter team of artists, we work hard to come up with exciting new designs, create the PDF and video tutorials for them, and build and manage the websites and all other aspects of the business side that enable us to share and deliver our products to you.   We work very hard to make each of our beading tutorials as clear and concise as possible and utilize the latest technology available to make downloading and viewing them as fast, easy and convenient as possible for you.  However, we’re still human and do occasionally slip up.  And as we all know, while technology is great, it can have its moments too.

If you have any problem with one of our tutorials, or with the technology side, please rest assured – we’ll make it right!  Just contact us with your concern and we’ll do our very best to work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the beading kit within fourteen days from date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us right away if you are sending something back and include the date and method of shipment. Please return items in the same or similar standard of packaging for their protection. Refunds cannot be issued until all the merchandise is returned undamaged and in tack (unless damage was previously disclosed).  We truly want you to love your purchase and enjoy it. Therefore, we will make every effort to right any perceived wrongs within our capabilities. So go ahead and buy with confidence.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

How do I receive the tutorial for the kit?
A printed card will be included in your kit with a download code and instructions on how to download your tutorial.  To download your tutorial, you will go to www.SimpleBeadPatterns.com and add the tutorial to your shopping cart.  When you enter the download code in the coupon code box and click “Apply Coupon”, your tutorial will be $0.00.  Simply click “Place Order” and you will automatically be emailed a confirmation email with the link to download your new tutorial.  Your beading pattern will be in PDF format, so you can conveniently view it on your computer or device and/or print it out!

I have bought from you before, but I can’t log in?
We have multiple websites and unfortunately the web tools we use require you to create an account on each site that you want to purchase from – the websites are not connected.   You just need to create an account during checkout on the new website that you are purchasing from.   If desired, feel free to use the same user name and password for each of our websites.

How do I create an account?
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, click on the Cart button on the top menu bar, then click the Proceed to Checkout button on the Cart page.  When you are filling out the order form, below the email address and phone number fields, there is a check box to create an account.  Below that, you can create a password and user name.  You should then be able to place your order at the bottom of the page.

How do I update my password for my account?
If you click on My Account on the top menu bar, you should be prompted to log in.  There is a lost password link in blue that you can click on that will take you to a page where you can enter your email address.  An automated email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password.  If you do not receive the email in a couple of minutes (you may need to check your spam folder) of if you would like us to change your password for you then email us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com.

What if I have trouble placing my order on your website?
If you have any trouble with placing your order on our website, you can try using a different internet browser, such as Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome.  If you are using a tablet or smart phone, then try using a computer if possible.  You can also place your order from our Simple Bead Kits Etsy shop.  If you’d like, we can send you a PayPal invoice for the kit(s) you wish to purchase.  Just email us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com and let us know which kits you would like to order.  We will send you the PayPal invoice as soon as possible (usually within a few hours).  As soon as we receive confirmation of payment, we will ship your kits via USPS Priority Mail.

I want to take advantage of a buy 3 and get 1 free sale, but when I add the 4th tutorial to my cart, it is not coming up as free.  What do I do?
You do not need to purchase your free tutorial for the buy 3 and get 1 free sale.  Just let us know which tutorial of equal or lesser value you would like for free in the order notes section during checkout and we will email it to you within 12 hours, though usually much sooner.  And, keep in mind, if you buy 6 patterns then you get 2 free, and if you buy 9 patterns then you get 3 free!

I am trying to place my order with Internet Explorer and when I click “Place Order” on the checkout page, nothing is happening.  What do I do?
If you have trouble placing an order and you are using Internet Explorer please try placing your order with a different browser, such as Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome, or please email us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com.  You can also place your order from our Etsy shop www.SimpleBeadKits.Etsy.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account.  Do you accept credit cards?
You can also pay with a credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.  All credit card payments are processed “through” PayPal, but this does not mean that you must have a PayPal account. You will see a PayPal screen but you do not have to log into PayPal unless you want to pay With PayPal.  To place your order with a credit card, click on the “Place Order” button the the Checkout page.  You will then be directed to PayPal.  Once you are at the PayPal screen and you are asked to log into a PayPal account, click on “Don’t have a PayPal account” underneath the yellow log in button, directly below the “Forgot email or password” link.  You will then be able to enter your credit card info without setting up a PayPal account.  Please contact Support@SimpleBeadKits.com if you have any trouble.

What happens after I place my order?
As soon as you place your order, an automated email will be sent to you with the details of your order.  You can also view your order details on the My Account tab on the top menu bar if you created an account during checkout.  Kits are usually shipped the same or next business day, safely in a cardboard box via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is flat rate and charged per order, not per kit (so if you order multiple kits, we will ship them together at the same flat rate price). For orders anywhere in the United States, the flat rate cost is $5.15 and is usually delivered within 2-3 business days.  You will also be emailed a tracking number when your beading kit ships.  Shipping kits to Canada costs $19.95 and all other countries is $23.95.  International shipping usually takes about 6-10 business days.  We are not able to provide a Priority Mail tracking number for international shipments.

*  Please note – If our website does not show the correct amount for shipping on the order form, please double check your selected state and country.  If there is any overcharge for shipping when you place your order, we will email you and refund the overcharged amount back to your PayPal account.

IMPORTANT  –  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Do I have to pay VAT tax?
For customers outside the US:  International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  You should contact your local customs office for further information.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

What if I have already purchased the PDF tutorial and I want to buy a kit?
We can discount the cost of the tutorial for the kit you would like to purchase.  Since you already have the tutorial, a download code will not be included with your kit.  Just contact us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the adjusted amount, or we can issue you a refund for the cost of the tutorial after you place your order.

What if I want to buy kits in multiple color schemes or project types of the same design?
We can discount the cost of the tutorial(s) for the additional kit(s) you would like to purchase.  Just contact us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the adjusted amount, or we can issue you a refund for the cost of the tutorial(s) after you place your order.

You offer a kit for a bracelet that I would like as a necklace kit.  Can you make a custom kit for me?
Yes, we can make custom necklace beading kits for most of the bracelet designs available.  If you are interested, just send us an email and let us know how long you would like your necklace and we can check and see if we have enough materials.  We can usually have the kit ready to ship in 1-2 days.  If you are interested in a beading kit that is listed as sold out or on back order then please contact us and we will let you know if we have enough supplies to put a kit together.

Are you able to include a different colored clasp than the one shown in the picture?
Yes, if you would prefer different colored findings (clasp, earwires, etc.) in your kit then please email us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com or let us know in the Order Notes section during checkout and we can check and see if we have enough in stock.  We usually have silver, gold and antique copper findings available.

I purchased a beading kit before and now would like to make another of the same kit.  Can I order another without paying for the tutorial again?
Yes, if you would like to purchase a refill of the supplies for a kit you purchased before, without the cost of the tutorial, then just email us at Support@SimpleBeadKits.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the kit, minus the cost of the tutorial.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we sell our beading kits wholesale in large quantities.  Please feel free to contact us by emailing Support@SimpleBeadKits.com and let us know what you are interested in.

Can I sell the jewelry I make with the kit I purchase?
Yes, you can sell the handmade jewelry that you make using our kits!

Can I share the tutorial with others?
Our tutorials are protected by copyright law.  Making copies of our tutorials to either sell or give away is strictly prohibited by law.  We will report any infringement of our copyrights to the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice for investigation and prosecution.

Where are you located?  Do you have a shop?
We are located in Gig Harbor, WA.  No, we do not have a shop, but maybe someday!
